2021 Holiday Food Baskets and Christmas Poinsettias

Social Concerns Small Group Ministry asks for your continued support in helping us provide baskets for those in our congregation & community less fortunate than others. If you or a family you know are in need of a holiday food basket, please provide name, address, and phone number to the Church Office. Baskets will be made up and delivered the following week.
If you would like to donate toward Christmas poinsettias or decorations, please complete this form and turn it and any funds in at the Church Office. Cost of a poinsettia is $13.00. Any donation is welcome! Thank you!
