Respect

Respect. We work hard on our values within our group and guests to show love and joy. We also want to show respect and deference for each other. We want our guests to feel special and to feel our respect. I believe that we have a lot of regular guests because they feel the love and respect that we have for them. When we serve with a smile on our face and have kind words for each other it becomes infectious. That infectious love, joy, and respect creates a safe zone for everyone and makes everyone feel they belong. It is our goal to widen the circle so that everyone stands inside the circle, no one stands outside the circle. We live in a time where respect is in short supply.
